Terra Park Spiritos

Challenge

Terra Park Spiritos on the island of Pag needed reliable WiFi coverage across the entire campsite to provide guests with seamless internet access regardless of their location within the grounds. The varied terrain and layout of accommodation units, common areas, and recreational zones required careful WiFi infrastructure planning to eliminate dead zones and ensure a stable signal in all parts of the campsite.

Solution

We conducted a detailed site survey and RF plan to determine optimal access point positions for maximum coverage. Outdoor access points were installed at strategic locations throughout the campsite, accounting for obstacles such as vegetation, buildings, and terrain elevation differences. Each access point was configured for optimal signal strength and channel allocation to minimize interference.

The system is centrally managed via a cloud controller that enables real-time monitoring, automatic network optimization, and straightforward user access management. A captive portal was integrated for guest authentication, ensuring a secure and controlled network.

Results

Terra Park Spiritos now has full WiFi coverage across the entire campsite. Guests can use the internet by the pool, at their pitches, in common areas, and at all other locations without connection drops or speed reduction. Centralized management enables rapid response to any issues and easy capacity adjustments to accommodate seasonal fluctuations in guest numbers.
